Replacement Policy

JeftinStore.com Replacement Policy

  • Policy Duration: You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds are not provided. Certain items may have a shorter replacement window.
  • Eligibility for Replacement:
    • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Replacement Process:
    • Contact us at support@jeftinstore.com to start your request.
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, along with the return address.
    • If the return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Items sent without a prior RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free replacement is provided for eligible items that are returned back to JeftinStore within the replacement window.
    • In some cases, the buyer may need to bear the return shipping costs, at the discretion of JeftinStore.com.
  • Replacement Availability:
    • If an identical replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a Gift Card of equivalent value to be used on JeftinStore.com (at our sole discretion).
  • Conditions for Replacements: You can request a replacement if:
    • The item is within the replacement window.
    • The item is:
      • Physically damaged.
      • Defective or not working properly.
      • Incorrect (wrong item or missing parts/accessories).
      • Different from the product description on JeftinStore.com.
    • The item is not listed as non-returnable.
  • Damages & Issues
    • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos/videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    • Certain items cannot be replaced:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
    • Products specifically mentioned as Non-Returnable.
    • Gift cards.
