- Policy Duration: You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds are not provided. Certain items may have a shorter replacement window.

Eligibility for Replacement:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Replacement Process:
- Contact us to start your request.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, along with the return address.
- If the return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent without a prior RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:
- Free replacement is provided for eligible items that are returned back to JeftinStore within the replacement window.
- In some cases, the buyer may need to bear the return shipping costs, at the discretion of JeftinStore.com.

Replacement Availability:
- If an identical replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a Gift Card of equivalent value to be used on JeftinStore.com (at our sole discretion).

Conditions for Replacements: You can request a replacement if:
- The item is within the replacement window.
- The item is:
- Physically damaged.
- Defective or not working properly.
- Incorrect (wrong item or missing parts/accessories).
- Different from the product description on JeftinStore.com.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable.
