Replacement Policy

We have a 07-day REPLACEMENT policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request for a replacement. Refunds are NOT provided. Certain items may have a lesser replacement window.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or/and unused and/or unwashed, with tags (tags should not have been removed from the item), and in its complete original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements can only be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is within the replacement window;
  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly;
  • Item received is the wrong item;
  • Item received has missing accessories, parts, etc.;
  • Item received is not listed as non-returnable item/product;
  • Item received still has the original tags (attached to item) and packaging;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on JeftinStore.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with pictures/video) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain items may specifically be mentioned/listed as non-returnable.
