Replacement & No-Refund Policy

We have a 07-day REPLACEMENT policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request for a replacement. Refunds are NOT provided. Certain items may have a lesser replacement window.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jeftinstore.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified in the RMA (return merchandise authorization).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Replacements can only be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is within the replacement window;
  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly;
  • Item received is the wrong item;
  • Item received is unused and unwashed;
  • Item received has missing accessories, parts, etc.;
  • Item received is not listed as non-returnable item/product;
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on JeftinStore.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Certain items may specifically be mentioned/listed as non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
