Merchant Partner FAQs

1. What is the JeftinStore Merchant Partner Program?

It is a reseller-led partnership program where JeftinStore purchases Offerings from Merchant Partners at an agreed price and resells them to customers under clear commercial terms.

2. Is JeftinStore a marketplace like Amazon or Flipkart?

No. JeftinStore does not operate as an open marketplace. We work with a curated set of Merchant Partners under Agreed Commercial Terms (ACT) for each Offering.

3. What can I sell on JeftinStore?

You can sell:

  • Physical products

  • Professional or creative services

  • Workshops, experiences, and events

All are referred to as Offerings.

4. How does pricing work?

You and JeftinStore agree on an Agreed Buy Price (ABP).
JeftinStore applies a fixed 10% margin (inclusive of payment gateway fees) and lists the Offering on the platform.

5. Who handles GST and invoicing?

JeftinStore charges and invoices GST to customers as per applicable rates, irrespective of whether you are GST-registered.

6. When do I get paid?

Settlements are processed within 10 days from confirmed delivery (or completion, in case of services/events). This can be customised based on your offerings. Reach out to us to find out how.

7. Do I need to be GST-registered to join?

No. Both GST-registered and non-GST Merchant Partners can participate. Additional declarations may apply for non-GST partners.

8. Who handles fulfilment and delivery?

Merchant Partners handle:

  • Product packaging and shipping

  • Service delivery

  • Event execution

Tracking is mandatory for product Offerings.

9. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is disabled by default and enabled selectively with safeguards, including a rolling security deposit.

10. How are cancellations, returns, and refunds handled?

JeftinStore manages customer communication and request evaluation.
Merchant Partner confirmation is standard, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, subject to maintaining JeftinStore’s margin and updating the applicable ACT where required.

12. Is onboarding automatic?

No. Merchant Partners are onboarded selectively to maintain quality, compliance, and operational consistency.

13. How do I apply?
